EXCLUSIO LTD ("we", "us", or "our") operates the NoLag VPN mobile application
(the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we
use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the VPN service:

a) No Traffic Logs
   We do not log, store, monitor, or inspect the content of your internet
   traffic while connected to NoLag VPN.

b) No IP Address Logs
   We do not record your originating IP address or the IP addresses of
   the servers or websites you connect to.

c) Device Information
   We may collect basic, non-identifiable device data such as Android OS
   version and app version, used solely for crash reporting and
   compatibility purposes.

d) Subscription Status
   If you subscribe to NoLag VPN Pro, Google Play processes and manages
   your payment. We receive only your subscription status (active or
   expired). We never receive or store your payment card details.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information described above only to:

  - Provide and maintain the VPN connection service
  - Verify your subscription status and unlock Pro features
  - Diagnose crashes and improve app stability
  - Respond to support requests you submit to us

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your information with third parties
for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by
their own privacy policies:

  - Google Play Billing
    Manages subscription payments on your behalf.

5. VPN PERMISSION

NoLag VPN requests Android's VPN permission (VpnService) to establish an
encrypted tunnel for your internet traffic. This permission is used solely
to route your traffic through our servers and reduce gaming latency.

We do not use this permission to collect, analyze, or store your
browsing activity, application usage, or any personal data.

6. DATA RETENTION

Because we do not log traffic or IP addresses, there is no user activity
data to retain or delete. Your subscription status is held by Google Play
and is subject to their retention policies. Support emails are retained
only for as long as necessary to resolve your request.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

NoLag VPN is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a
child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately
and we will promptly delete it.

8. SECURITY

We use industry-standard OpenVPN encryption to protect data in transit.
While no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, EXCLUSIO LTD
takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your
information against unauthorized access or disclosure.

Depending on your country or region, you may have the right to:

  - Access the personal information we hold about you
  - Request correction or deletion of your information
  - Object to or restrict how we process your information

posted within the App and on our store listing with an updated date at the
